In our Practitioner class that is going on right now, we meditate every week during class and a major requirement of the class is to meditate every day, to establish a spiritual practice.

If you don’t have a daily spiritual practice, I guarantee you your inner life is begging you for some attention. Can’t you hear your soul calling you? Don’t ignore this call any longer. Please don’t say, “Yeah, yeah, tonight I’ll meditate,” or “ Okay. Sure. I understand. I’ll start meditating tomorrow morning.” Stop whatever you are doing right now, if only for a minute, and reconnect with your soul.

Start your spiritual practice today. That’s why they call meditation a spiritual practice because it takes daily practice until it becomes a very necessary part of your life, in fact, the most important part of your day. If you do this daily, watch your life change! Watch how you change! Watch how the world changes!

Have a great day.
