I want to talk about moments of embarrassment, those times where maybe you’ve felt like you’ve shown up less than perfect.   I have said things that as soon as the words left my mouth, I just wanted to yank them back!  What about you?  Have you ever been embarrassed by things maybe you said or have done or not done?

But really, embarrassment is a pointless experience.  If you experience it, decide to abandon it and replace it with self-love.  Also, be conscious of your judgment of others and their imperfections that you are perceiving.   In truth, all of us are perfect in our so-called  imperfections.  Celebrate what you believe are your imperfections.  They’re what make you unique.

And, by the way, who are we to judge ourselves or others as imperfect?  When we do that, we are judging a creation of God.  Not only that, but in the Absolute Truth, aren’t we judging not only a creation but an aspect of God?   Ponder that today.

So please, remember to love and honor your perfect imperfections and do the same for others!
