Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair. It is very beneficial for people with limited mobility, injuries or those that have difficulty getting up from the floor. Chair yoga can be very beneficial in improving flexibility, increasing general strength, reducing joint strain and pain, and improving general well-being.
