Gentle Yoga for the Back

This unique and fun class focuses on the care and the health of your back. Perfect for anyone who has been suffering from chronic back pain or just has concerns with keeping their back strong and healthy.
Taught by Audrey Collier, a certified yoga teacher who has had personal experience with injuries and chronic back pain.
Most of the exercises will be taught on the floor, but some standing exercises will be included. A yoga mat and small blanket is all that is needed. No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners.
