Education: Science of Mind Classes
Science of Mind (also referred to as “Religious Science”) is the core teaching of Centers for Spiritual Living. Science of Mind is a philosophy that integrates spiritual truths with science and physics.

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting in a chair. It is very beneficial for people with limited mobility, injuries or those that have difficulty getting up from the floor. Chair yoga can be very beneficial in improving strain and pain, and improving general health.

Gentle Yoga for the Back
Wednesday 10:00 AM - 11:15 AM
This unique and fun class focuses on the care and the health of your back. Perfect for anyone who has been suffering from chronic back pain or just has concerns with keeping their back strong and healthy.
Taught by Audrey Collier, a certified yoga teacher who has had personal experience with injuries and chronic back pain.
Most of the exercises will be taught on the floor, but some standing exercises will be included. A yoga mat and small blanket is all that is needed. No experience necessary. Suitable for beginners.
